Hope you are well and enjoying the winter .Iam not sure about Faizur Rab but Amir Nawab left us a long time ago .Khalid Sikandar is in P.I.M.S. Islamabad working in rheumatology (0346-5388813).You can contact him and I am sure he will be delighted.
